Ingredients
- 1 lb ground lamb
- 1 teaspoon rubbed sage
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon poultry seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 pinch ground allspice
Recipe
- 1 throughly combine all ingredients; shape into six patties.
- 2 chill at least 1 hour.
- 3 fry in a skillet for 3-4 minutes per side or until browned and no longer pink in the center.
