Ingredients
- 1/3 cup fresh sage leaf
- 3/4 cup fresh parsley
- 2 garlic cloves, smashed
- 3/4 cup spinach leaves
- 2 tablespoons toasted walnuts or 2 tablespoons pecans
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 -2 ounce roquefort cheese or 1 -2 ounce other strong blue cheese
Recipe
- 1 grind sage,parsley,spinach,nuts,and garlic in food processor until finely minced, then add olive oil and cheese until blended.
