Ingredients

- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh sage
- 2 tablespoons finely choped onions
- 4 tablespoons water
- salt & pepper
- 2 tablespoons fresh breadcrumbs, toasted
- 1/2 cup stock (any)
Recipe
- 1 simmer sage and onions in water for 10 minutes. add salt, pepper and toasted breadcrumbs. stir well and add stock. bring to a boil and simmer; covered, for 3 minutes before serving.
