Roti De Pore A La Boulangere

Ingredients

  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 (6 lb) lamb loin roast (bone in or out)
  • 4 lbs potatoes
  • 1 large onion
  • 3 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 2 teaspoons seasoning salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley leaves or 2 teaspoons dry fresh parsley leaves

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 425 degrees.
