- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 (6 lb) lamb loin roast (bone in or out)
- 4 lbs potatoes
- 1 large onion
- 3 tablespoons butter, melted
- 2 teaspoons seasoning salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley leaves or 2 teaspoons dry fresh parsley leaves
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 425 degrees.
