La Casita's Guacamole

Total Time: 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • 4 avocados
  • 1/2 small onion, grated
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon water

Recipe

  • 1 peel and mash avacado.
  • 2 grate onion onto a small plate.
  • 3 add salt and water to the avacado.
  • 4 then start adding onion a little at a time as onions vary in strength and you do not want the onion flavor to over power the avacado.
  • 5 eat right away or put plastic wrap right on top and place in fridge.
  • 6 will keep for a day or two.
  • 7 if it turns dark on the top just stir it in it has just oxidized. it does not change the taste.
