La Casita's Guacamole

Ingredients
- 4 avocados
- 1/2 small onion, grated
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon water
Recipe
- 1 peel and mash avacado.
- 2 grate onion onto a small plate.
- 3 add salt and water to the avacado.
- 4 then start adding onion a little at a time as onions vary in strength and you do not want the onion flavor to over power the avacado.
- 5 eat right away or put plastic wrap right on top and place in fridge.
- 6 will keep for a day or two.
- 7 if it turns dark on the top just stir it in it has just oxidized. it does not change the taste.
