- 4 minced garlic cloves
- 1 tablespoon minced fresh ginger
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 bunch kale
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
Recipe
- 1 heat 4 cloves minced garlic, 1 tbsp., minced fresh ginger, and 1 teaspoons sesame oil in a skillet.
- 2 add 2 tbsp. water and 1 bunch kale (stemmed and chopped).
- 3 cover and cook for 3 minutes.
- 4 drain.
- 5 add 1 teaspoons soy sauce and 1 tbsp. sesame seeds.
