Sesame Stir-braised Kale

Ingredients

  • Servings: 3
  • 4 minced garlic cloves
  • 1 tablespoon minced fresh ginger
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 bunch kale
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Recipe

  • 1 heat 4 cloves minced garlic, 1 tbsp., minced fresh ginger, and 1 teaspoons sesame oil in a skillet.
  • 2 add 2 tbsp. water and 1 bunch kale (stemmed and chopped).
  • 3 cover and cook for 3 minutes.
  • 4 drain.
  • 5 add 1 teaspoons soy sauce and 1 tbsp. sesame seeds.
