Sesame Grilled Chicken Thighs

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 8 chicken thighs, skin removed if desired
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds, toasted

Recipe

  • 1 heat grill.
  • 2 in small bowl, combine lemon juice, olive oil, salt, pepper and garlic; blend well.
  • 3 when ready to barbecue, place chicken thighs on gas grill over medium heat or on charcoal grill 4 to 6 inches from medium coals.
  • 4 cook 16 to 20 minutes or until chicken is fork tender and juices run clear, turning once and brushing frequently with lemon juice mixture.
  • 5 to serve, sprinkle with parsley and sesame seed.
