Ingredients

- 1 pint strawberry
- 750 ml sparkling white
Recipe
- 1 wash and hull strawberries.
- 2 purée in a blender or food processor until smooth.
- 3 pass through a sieve, if liked.
- 4 chill in refrigerator at least one hour.
- 5 pour the chilled strawberry purée into a flute (1/3) and then add chilled (2/3).
