Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons butter, room temperature (1/2 stick)
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 pinch black pepper

- 1 start by beating butter until soft. add rosemary, garlic, and pepper to the butter. shape into a roll and wrap tightly in plastic wrap.
