Ingredients

- 300 g winged beans
- 2 teaspoons sesame oil
- 2 teaspoons mirin
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
Recipe
- 1 cut the tops of the beans only use young ones that have not hardened.
- 2 cook beans until just tender in salted water.
- 3 mix sesame oil, mirin, and sesame seed.
- 4 drain beans and toss them in dressing immediately.
- 5 serve cold.
