Sesame Winged Beans

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 300 g winged beans
  • 2 teaspoons sesame oil
  • 2 teaspoons mirin
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds

Recipe

  • 1 cut the tops of the beans – only use young ones that have not hardened.
  • 2 cook beans until just tender in salted water.
  • 3 mix sesame oil, mirin, and sesame seed.
  • 4 drain beans and toss them in dressing immediately.
  • 5 serve cold.
