Sesame Stir-fried Veggies

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil (more or less to taste)
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1 cup broccoli floret
  • 1 cup baby carrots (halved lengthwise)
  • 1 cup baby corn
  • 1 garlic clove, minced (or teaspoon garlic paste)
  • 1 pinch salt
  • soy sauce (to taste)
  • sesame seeds

Recipe

  • 1 heat oil in pan over high heat.
  • 2 saute onion until almost tender (2-3 minutes).
  • 3 add broccoli, carrots, baby corn, salt and soy sauce, saute until veggies are tender (should be less than 5 minutes).
  • 4 remove from heat sprinkle a few sesame seeds for garnish.
