Sesame Stir-fried Veggies

Ingredients
- Servings: 2
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil (more or less to taste)
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 cup broccoli floret
- 1 cup baby carrots (halved lengthwise)
- 1 cup baby corn
- 1 garlic clove, minced (or teaspoon garlic paste)
- 1 pinch salt
- soy sauce (to taste)
- sesame seeds
Recipe
- 1 heat oil in pan over high heat.
- 2 saute onion until almost tender (2-3 minutes).
- 3 add broccoli, carrots, baby corn, salt and soy sauce, saute until veggies are tender (should be less than 5 minutes).
- 4 remove from heat sprinkle a few sesame seeds for garnish.
