Sesame Macaroons

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup sesame seeds, toasted 
 
- 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar 
 
- 2 egg whites 
 
- 1/4 cup sugar 
 
- 1/2 teaspoon almond extract 
 
Recipe
- 1 pulverize sesame seeds in blender or with mortar and pestle. 
 
- 2 add cream of tartar to egg whites; beat until stiff. 
 
- 3 gradually add sugar, beating well after each addition. 
 
- 4 fold in sesame seeds and almond extract. 
 
- 5 drop by teaspoonfuls lightly greased baking sheet.
