Sesame Ginger Salmon Steaks

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/3 cup rice vinegar
  • 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/3 cup sesame seed oil
  • 2 tablespoons minced fresh ginger
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 4 salmon steaks (1 inch thick, about 1 1/2 lbs.)

Recipe

  • 1 in a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, rice vinegar, olive oil, sesame oil, ginger and garlic.
  • 2 add salmon and marinate in refrigerator for 30-45 minutes.
