Mango Mint Rum Slush

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 3 cups coarsely chopped peeled mangoes
  • 1 cup ice cube
  • 1 cup mango nectar
  • 3/4 cup rum
  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh mint

Recipe

  • 1 place mango in freezer for 1 hour.
  • 2 combine mango, ice cubes, and remaining ingredients in a blender; process until smooth. serve immediately.
