- 3 cups coarsely chopped peeled mangoes
- 1 cup ice cube
- 1 cup mango nectar
- 3/4 cup rum
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh mint
Recipe
- 1 place mango in freezer for 1 hour.
- 2 combine mango, ice cubes, and remaining ingredients in a blender; process until smooth. serve immediately.
