Mango Ice Cream

Total Time: 1 hr 20 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 6 -8 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 large mango, very fragrant
  • 2 cups half-and-half
  • 3 -4 teaspoons fresh lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon dark rum (optional)

Recipe

  • 1 place sugar in the bowl of a large food processor.

  • 9 store sealed tightly with plastic wrap pressed directly on the ice cream.
  • 10 let soften slightly before serving.
