- 6 eggs
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 1 cup irish cream
- nutmeg (to garnish)
Recipe
- 1 in large bowl, beat eggs at high speed until lemon colored. add sugar and beat until thickens.
- 2 at low speed, blend in milk and whipping cream. stir in irish cream.
- 3 pour into glasses and sprinkle with nutmeg.
