Irish Cream Eggnog

Ingredients

  • Servings: 12
  • 6 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 1 cup irish cream
  • nutmeg (to garnish)

Recipe

  • 1 in large bowl, beat eggs at high speed until lemon colored. add sugar and beat until thickens.
  • 2 at low speed, blend in milk and whipping cream. stir in irish cream.
  • 3 pour into glasses and sprinkle with nutmeg.
