- 4 ripe mangoes, peeled and seeded
- 1 cup fresh orange juice
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 cup yogurt
- 3 cups crushed ice
- 4 tablespoons honey
- black pepper
Recipe
- 1 chop the mango, pour into a blender with the rest of the ingredients.
- 2 blend until smooth, and serve in a tall glass.
- 3 garnish with a sprinkling of ground black pepper.
