Ingredients
- 2 large mangoes, peeled and finely diced
- 1/2 medium onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 red bell pepper, finely diced
- 2 serrano peppers, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh mint leaves
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Recipe
- 1 in a medium bowl, mix all ingredients.
- 2 cover and let stand for 30 minutes to 1 hour before serving. serve at room temperature.
