• 1/4 cup irish beer, such as smithwick's or 1/4 cup guinness stout
• 1/4 cup baileys irish cream
• 1/4 cup milk or 1/4 cup fat-free half-and-half
• 1/2 cup ben and jerry's dublin mudslide ice cream

Recipe

• 1 stir together liquid ingredients in an 8oz glass, then top with a scoop (about 1/2 cup) of ice cream. serve with a spoon or straw.
