Sesame Tofu (that My Kids Will Eat)

Total Time: 35 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 14 ounces extra firm tofu
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 3 tablespoons braggs amino acids
  • 2 inches gingerroot, grated
  • 2 tablespoons toasted sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon mirin
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced

Recipe

  • 1 drain, press and dry fry the tofu. (in order to dry fry, i always use a teflon pan. otherwise you will have to fry the tofu in oil.).
  • 2 in a sauce pan combine the remaining ingredients and slowly bring to a boil.
  • 3 serve with brown rice and brocolli. i put the sauce in a gravy boat so that everyone can choose their own amount.
