Sesame Tofu (that My Kids Will Eat)

Ingredients

- 14 ounces extra firm tofu
- 1/3 cup honey
- 3 tablespoons braggs amino acids
- 2 inches gingerroot, grated
- 2 tablespoons toasted sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon mirin
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
Recipe
- 1 drain, press and dry fry the tofu. (in order to dry fry, i always use a teflon pan. otherwise you will have to fry the tofu in oil.).
- 2 in a sauce pan combine the remaining ingredients and slowly bring to a boil.
- 3 serve with brown rice and brocolli. i put the sauce in a gravy boat so that everyone can choose their own amount.
