- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons canola oil
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 4 beef t-bone steaks
Recipe
- 1 marinate steaks in above mixture for at least 4 hours, and up to 24 hours in fridge.
- 2 drain.
- 3 grill until desired doneness.
