Ingredients

- 1 lb spinach, large stems removed
- 2 teaspoons sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons toasted sesame seeds, more to taste
Recipe
- 1 steam half the spinach for a minute; chill in ice water.
- 2 repeat with the remaining spinach.
- 3 drain and squeeze dry.
- 4 in a bowl, toss the spinach with the sesame oil, soy sauce, and salt.
- 5 top with sesame seeds and serve!
