Sesame-soy Salad Dressing

Total Time: 5 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 tablespoons ginger, grated
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic, minced
  • 2/3 cup canola oil
  • 1/3 cup rice vinegar
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons sesame seed oil
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Recipe

  • 1 place all ingredients in a 2 cup jar and shake well to dissolve. store in refrigerator for up to 3 weeks.
