- 12 ounces snow peas
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 grated orange, rind of
- 1 orange, juice of
Recipe
- 1 steam the snow peas and carrots in the orange juice until tender.
- 2 transfer to a bowl and add sesame seeds, oil and orange rind.
- 3 toss to coat.
