Sesame Ginger Dressing

Ingredients
- 2 garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, grated fine
- 1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce (optional)
- 2 teaspoons honey dijon mustard
- 2 teaspoons honey
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/4 cup cilantro (or parsley chopped)
- 1/4 cup chives (or green onions chopped)
Recipe
- 1 whisk together the garlic, ginger, hot pepper sauce, mustard, honey, lemon juice, vinegar, soy sauce, orange juice, sesame oil and olive oil.
- 2 stir in cilantro and chives. taste and adjust seasonings if necessary.
