Sesame Ginger Dressing

Ingredients

  • 2 garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, grated fine
  • 1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce (optional)
  • 2 teaspoons honey dijon mustard
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/4 cup cilantro (or parsley chopped)
  • 1/4 cup chives (or green onions chopped)

Recipe

  • 1 whisk together the garlic, ginger, hot pepper sauce, mustard, honey, lemon juice, vinegar, soy sauce, orange juice, sesame oil and olive oil.
  • 2 stir in cilantro and chives. taste and adjust seasonings if necessary.
