Sesame Prawn Toasts

Ingredients

- 175 g shelled prawns
- 125 g haddock fillets, skinned
- 2 eggs
- salt
- black pepper
- 4 slices bread, crusts removed,toasted
- 4 tablespoons sesame seeds
- oil, to deep fry
- 1 tablespoon watercress leaf, to garnish
Recipe
- 1 put the prawns, haddock, one egg, salt and pepper to taste in the processor bowl.
- 2 fit the metal chopping blade and process until smooth.
- 3 spread evenly over the toast.
- 4 beat the other egg in a bowl.
- 5 brush it over the fish mixture.
- 6 press it down the sesame seeds until evenly coated.
- 7 deep fry each slice separately in hot oil for 2 minutes.
- 8 drain excess oil on a clean paper napkin.
- 9 cut into 8-12 fingers.
- 10 serve warm, garnished with watercress.
- 11 enjoy!
