Ingredients

- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup fresh basil
- 1/4 cup watercress
- 2 tablespoons fresh mint
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
- 2 tablespoons chopped scallions
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 pinch pepper
- 6 large plum tomatoes
Recipe
- 1 in a food processor, combine all ingredients except tomatoes.
- 2 cut tomatoes in half. dollop 1 tablespoon mayo onto each half.
