Ingredients
- 1 quart milk
- 1 lb soft peppermint stick candy
- 2 cups half-and-half
- 2 cups whipping cream
Recipe
- 1 combine milk and candy; cover and refrigerate 12 hours. (candy will dissolve).
- 2 combine candy mixture, half and half, and whipping cream in freezer can of a 1 gallon ice cream freezer.
- 3 freeze according to manufacturer instructions.
- 4 let ripen at least 1 hour.
