Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 3 cups parsnips (or both mixed) or 3 cups carrots (or both mixed)
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
Recipe
- 1 peel and slice parsnips.
- 2 steam about 8 minutes or just till tender.
- 3 drain and return to pan without steamer rack.
- 4 stir in syrup and coat well.
- 5 garnish with chives if desired.
