High Fiber, Low Calorie Raspberry Pear Green Smoothie

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 2 ripe pears
  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • 2 cups cold water
  • 3 -4 leaves of green kale

Recipe

  • 1 cut up pears.
  • 2 throw everything in a blender and voila, a healthy, tasty, green/(purplish) smoothie!
