Sesame Lamb With Broccoli

Total Time: 10 mins Preparation Time: 2 mins Cook Time: 8 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
  • 1 -2 tablespoon vegetable oil (can also use peanut oil)
  • 1 lb boneless lamb, cut into thin strips
  • 4 cups frozen broccoli cuts
  • 1/2 cup stir-fry sauce

Recipe

  • 1 stir sesame seeds in a large skillet over high heat 1 to 2 minutes or until golden brown.
  • 2 remove and reserve.
  • 3 heat 1 tablespoon oil in the same skillet over high heat.
  • 4 add half the lamb; cook and stir until browned.
  • 5 push to side of skillet and add remaining lamb.
  • 6 cook and stir until browned, adding additional oil if necessary.
  • 7 add broccoli and stir-fry sauce; cover and cook 5 minutes.
  • 8 serve with rice and garnish with reserved sesame seeds.
