Saffron-scented White Chocolate Truffles

Ingredients

  • 200 g white chocolate
  • 100 ml heavy cream
  • 1/2 g saffron
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • powdered sugar

Recipe

  • 1 finely chop the chocolate: place in a bowl.
  • 2 mix cream, honey and saffron in a saucepan and bring gently to a boil.
  • 3 add the hot mixture to the chocolate and stir well until melted.
  • 4 place the mixture in the fridge to cool and to firm up.
  • 5 shape into small balls. roll them in powdered sugar.
