- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 16 boneless skinless chicken thighs (4oz each)
- 2/3 cup teriyaki sesame ginger barbecue sauce
- 2/3 cup orange marmalade
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon minced fresh gingerroot
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds, toasted
- hot cooked rice
Recipe
- 1 place flour in a large resealable plastic bag. add the chicken, a few pieces at a time, and shake to coat. transfer to a 4 or 5-quart slow cooker.
- 2 in a large bowl, combine the barbecue sauce, marmalade, orange juice, soy sauce, ginger and pepper flakes. pour over chicken. cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours until chicken is tender. sprinkle chicken with sesame seeds. serve over rice.
