Ingredients

- 1/2 loaf stale italian bread, torn into chunks
- 3 cups ripe tomatoes, chunked
- 3/4 cup thinly sliced red onion ring, cut in half
- 3/4 cup italian dressing
- 1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
- 1/3 cup pitted ripe olives, cut in half lengthwise
Recipe
- 1 toss all ingredients together just before serving.
