Sesame Lamb Balls

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground lean lamb
- 1 large egg, beaten
- 1/2 cup fine dry breadcrumb
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/3 cup green onion, sliced
- 1 tablespoon low sodium soy sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 dash pepper
- 1/2 cup sesame seeds
- 24 (4 inch) bamboo skewers, soaked in water for 10 minutes
Recipe
- 1 combine first 9 ingredients in medium bowl until well mixed.
- 2 shape into 24 balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
- 3 roll balls in sesame seeds.
- 4 preheat lightly greased electric grill/skillet for 5 minutes.
- 5 push 1 ball each skewer.
- 6 cook for 10 to 15 minutes, turning often, until no longer pink inside.
