Ingredients

- 4 cups shredded red cabbage
- 1/2 cup shredded carrot
- 4 tablespoons green onions, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 large tart apple, peeled and finely chopped
- salt and pepper
Recipe
- 1 toss all ingredients together except the salt and pepper.
- 2 chill 30 minutes, season to taste with salt and pepper and serve.
