Mango Carrot Quinoa Smoothie

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 3 tablespoons quinoa or 3 tablespoons quinoa flour
  • 3/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 cup carrot juice
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon honey or 1 tablespoon agave nectar

Recipe

  • 1 in a blender combine all ingredients. puree until smooth.
