Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups diced jicama
- 1 cup diced strawberry
- 1/4 cup bing cherry, halved
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon agave syrup
- 1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh basil
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1 pinch dried chipotle powder

- 1 in a bowl, combine all ingredients. cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
