- 5 green tea bags
- 3 cups boiling water
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 tablespoons lemon zest
- 1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
Recipe
- 1 brew tea bags in boiling water for 5 minutes.
- 2 stir in sugar, zest and juice.
- 3 pour into a metal 9x9 metal pan and freeze until hard.
- 4 spoon into blender or food processor and pulse 10-20 seconds to break up. scoop into bowl and serve.
