Patriotic Parfaits

Ingredients

• Servings: 8
• 2 cups boiling water
• 1 (6 ounce) package berry blue gelatin mix
• 2 cups cold water
• 1 (8 ounce) container cool whip topping
• 1 cup strawberry

Recipe

• 1 stir boiling water into gelatin in large bowl at least 2 minutes until completely dissolved. stir in cold water.
• 2 pour into serving bowl or 8 dessert glasses.
• 3 refrigerate 4 hours or until firm.
• 4 spoon whipped topping over gelatin in bowl or glasses.
• 5 top with strawberries.
• 6 garnish with additional whipped topping, if desired.
