Ingredients
- 2 mangoes, diced (about 4 cups)
- 1/2 cup finely diced red onion
- 1/2 red bell pepper, diced
- 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 1 tablespoon minced fresh mint leaves
Recipe
- 1 in large bowl combine all ingredients. toss well.
- 2 set aside for 10 minutes before serving.
