Kent's Anti-anxiety Cocoa

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/3 cup whole milk, warm
  • 3 teaspoons cocoa powder
  • 4 teaspoons peanut oil
  • 4 teaspoons sugar (can use sweetener equivelant)
  • 2 teaspoons soy lecithin

Recipe

  • 1 combine cocoa, sugar and peanut oil in a mug with a large base and stir until it forms a smooth paste.
  • 2 sprinkle soy lecithin on top.
  • 3 add boiling water and stir to dissolve the paste into the water.
  • 4 add milk and stir to combine. (you can use cold milk, but the oil will de-emulsify).
