Ingredients
- 2 (16 ounce) cans creamed corn
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1 cup flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
Recipe
- 1 combine dry ingredients.
- 2 add corn to dry ingredients.
- 3 beat 2 egg yolks till thick and add to corn mixture.
- 4 fold in egg whites.
- 5 drop by tsp full in deepfat fryer at 365 f for 4-5 minutes.
- 6 or drop by spoonfuls into frying pan of oil for 5-6 minutes.
