Karen's Corn Fritter's!

Total Time: 10 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 (16 ounce) cans creamed corn
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

Recipe

  • 1 combine dry ingredients.
  • 2 add corn to dry ingredients.
  • 3 beat 2 egg yolks till thick and add to corn mixture.
  • 4 fold in egg whites.
  • 5 drop by tsp full in deepfat fryer at 365 f for 4-5 minutes.
  • 6 or drop by spoonfuls into frying pan of oil for 5-6 minutes.
