Hibiscus Iced Tea

Ingredients

  • 4 cups boiling water
  • 8 bags red zinger tea or 8 bags hibiscus tea
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 (25 1/2 ounce) bottle sparkling apple cider, chilled
  • lemon wedge

Recipe

  • 1 pour 4 cups boiling water over tea bags.
  • 2 cover; steep 10 minutes.
  • 3 discard tea bags.
  • 4 stir in sugar until dissolved.
  • 5 chill until ready to serve.
  • 6 stir in sparkling cider, and serve over ice.
  • 7 garnish, if desired.
