Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups diced peeled jicama
- 1 teaspoon orange zest
- 1/3 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup orange section
- 1 teaspoon minced chives
- 1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh basil
- 1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh mint
- 1/2 teaspoon agave syrup
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
Recipe
- 1 in a bowl, combine all ingredients.
- 2 refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
