Honeydew Sorbet

Total Time: 2 hrs 45 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 2 hrs 30 mins

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup splenda sugar substitute, plus more
  • splenda sugar substitute, if necessary
  • 2 tablespoons lime zest (green part only)
  • 1/2 cup lime juice, plus more
  • lime juice, if necessary
  • 4 1/2 cups diced honeydew melon (about 1/2 in.)

Recipe

  • 1 in a bowl, mash 1/3 cup splenda and lime peel with a spoon to release oils.
  • 2 let stand 5 to 10 minutes.
