Ingredients
- 1/2 cup pinto beans, cooked, drained, mashed
- 1/2 cup sweetened flaked coconut
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
- 2 eggs, beaten lightly
- 1/2 cup margarine (1/2 cup)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Recipe
- 1 mix together and pour into an unbaked 9" pie shell.
- 2 bake at 350* for 45 minutes.
