Orangeade

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 5
  • 2 oranges, zest and juice of
  • 1 lemon, juice only
  • 2 ounces sugar
  • 20 fluid ounces boiling water

Recipe

  • 1 put the orange zest and sugar into a bowl and pour the boiling water over them.
  • 2 leave to cool, stirring occasionally, then add the strained juice of the oranges and lemon.
  • 3 keep refrigerated.
