Ingredients

- 2 oranges, zest and juice of
- 1 lemon, juice only
- 2 ounces sugar
- 20 fluid ounces boiling water
Recipe
- 1 put the orange zest and sugar into a bowl and pour the boiling water over them.
- 2 leave to cool, stirring occasionally, then add the strained juice of the oranges and lemon.
- 3 keep refrigerated.
