- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup orange juice
- 12 ounces fresh cranberries

- 1 in a medium saucepan over medium heat, dissolve sugar in the orange juice. stir in cranberries and cook until they begin to pop, about 10 minutes. remove from heat and transfer to serving bowl. sauce will thicken as it cools.
