- 1 fluid ounce midori melon liqueur
- 1 pint lime sherbet
- whipped cream
Recipe
- 1 place midori and sherbet in blender.
- 2 whirl until smooth.
- 3 pour into parfait glasses and freeze until firm.
- 4 at serving time, top with whipped cream and cherry or papaya slice.
